- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- ¼ tsp oregano

Instructions
- 1. Start by cutting off the stem of the onion leaving the root end intact. Remove peelings and place the onion cut side down on a cutting board, with the end of the onion facing upward.
